Who We Are:
STEMULATE SOLUTONS is a K-12 educational consulting company that specializes in improving Math and Science learning experiences and academic outcomes for students of color. There are vast opportunities available in STEM careers for students of color and far too many are not qualified to fill them.
Through our holistic approach to STEM/STEAM instruction and training, we incorporate a triangular approach consisting of Social Emotional Learning, Culturally Responsive Instruction, and a Growth Mindset framework. We assist schools and districts in creating positive learning environments that fosters a discovery approach to problem-solving and builds in students and educators the mental edge necessary for success at all K-12 levels.

About Lybroan James:
Lybroan James brings over 20 years of
education experience, raising state Math scores
for African-American students by 26% at North
High School in 2019.
He has designed and presented teacher
trainings nationally in support of over 38,000
teachers on issues of equity, effective instruction
and social emotional learning. His instructional design was part of a teacher training program which produced growth of an additional 5 months in math, according to an i3 grant study.
Lybroan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Mathematics/Economics from UCLA and a
Master of Education from Harvard University’s
Graduate School of Education.
